What we need from Owners...

If you are going to rent out your property, there are some basic things that we need you to provide. Here is a summary of your responsibilities as the property owner.

We need:

• At least 2 copies of all keys
• Properties furnished to a good standard . Please ask for a copy of our guidelines if you are not sure where to start!
• An up-to-date inventory of your property and all contents. We can prepare this for you for a small charge.
• Bedlinen of the correct sizes and quantities, and of good quality. Please ask for a copy of our guidelines if you are not sure.
• Sufficient towels and teatowels for the occupancy of your property
• Written authorisation if you want us to allow tradesmen or contractors access to your home
• Be available to confirm booking requests for your property, and respond within a reasonable time, ideally 24 hours
• A copy of your home insurance documents, showing that you are covered to let the property, and have cover for public liability and theft
• A smoke alarm is advisable
• A First Aid box for minor injuries should be provided
• A fire extinguisher and fire blanket are recommended
