It is reassuring to know that someone is inspecting and checking your investment whilst you are away. Our property management packages ensure that absent owners have peace of mind that the property is being regularly visited, and our “OwnersAway” reports, including photographs, will make sure that you know the exact condition of your home.
From a one-off visit to a full annual premium package, we have something to suit every owner´s needs and budget.

Basic Management Package : 360€ plus IVA per year

• Monthly property check
• External & Internal inspection
• Check internally for signs of damp
• Open windows and air property
• Flush all toilets and run all taps
• Check for leaks
• Test all lights
• Water all indoor plants
• Notify owner of any necessary repairs
• Email status report & photographs

Standard Management Package : 595€ plus IVA per year

• Inspect property twice per month
• External & Internal inspection
• Check internally for signs of damp
• Air property, open windows
• Check all shutter and blinds are operational
• Test all lights
• Test all kitchen appliances
• Flush all toilets and run all taps
• Check for leaks
• Collect and forward mail
• Water all indoor and terrace plants
• Notify owner of any repairs
• Email status report & photographs

Premium Management Package : 850€ plus IVA per year

• Weekly property check
• Full inventory of property if required
• External & Internal inspection
• Check internally for signs of damp 
• Air property, open windows  
• Check all shutter and blinds are operational
• Flush all toilets and run all taps
• Check for leaks
• Test all lights
• Test all kitchen appliances
• Perform any minor repairs ( replace bulbs etc. ) free of charge
• Water all indoor and terrace plants
• Notify owner of any necessary repairs
• Maintain garden, 30 minutes per week
• Check pool ( if required) for water levels & top up if needed
• Collect and forward mail
• Assist with property taxes, payment of bills if required
• Email status report and photographs
• Prepare property for 2 owner visits per year.

Prices valid for 1 to 4 bedroom properties, please ask for details of larger properties. We can tailor make a check list to your individual needs if the above packages are not suitable, please tell us your requirement. Contact us for prices for “one-off” checks, depending on the location of your property.

We cover all locations, from inland towns such as Aledo, Totana and Lorca to the Camposol, Mazarrón and Puerto Mazarrón and Mar Menor areas.
