Description: This stylish, fully equipped apartment is located in the countryside near the Sierra de Oro. The aptly named "Tranquility Apartments" are situated in the heart of the Murcian countryside, but are within easy reach of both Alicante and Murcia´s San Javier airports.
The area is a nature lover´s paradise, with hiking, walking trails, cycling, bird watching and stunning views over the Sierras.
This light and spacious apartment has one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom but a further single bed can be provided for an extra guest.
The large apartment is fully equipped with fitted kitchen, washing machine, TV and DVD, radio and CD player and central heating for the chillier months of January and February.
The open plan dining and living area is bright and airy and the apartment is furnished to a very high standard, with stylish decor and welcoming touches. A real "home from home"! Should the weather turn cooler, a collection of books, CD ´s and DVD´s should be sufficient to keep guests entertained.
The apartments share a large pool area and an outside kitchen and BBQ area is available for guests to use for "dining al fresco"! There are ample terraces and outside seating with dun loungers and views over the mountains, and the fully equipped outside kitchen makes cooking in the warmer months a pleasure..
As the apartments are adjacent, larger parties may book both Tranquility 1 and 2 together to accommodate up to 8 people. A 10% reduction is offered if both apartments are booked at the same time.
A car is essential to enjoy the area, but the apartments are within easy reach of many tourist sites and places of interest. Murcia city, with it´s stunning cathedral, plazas, huge array of shops and boutiques and botanic gardens, is just 40 minutes away.
The historic towns of Caravaca de la Cruz, Archena, Blanca and Mula are all within around half an hour´s drive. The spa at Archena is well worth a visit!
Several local bars and restaurants are within a 10 minute drive of the house.
In addition, there are a host of activities in the area to provide family fun and adventure, such as horse riding, go-karting, fishing, climbing and golf.
Out of high season (Jun to end Aug) , the apartment is available for 3 night weekend breaks and 4 night mid-week stays. Please ask for prices.
