Description: This beautiful home has been equipped to a very high standard, offering the discerning holidaymaker a chance to enjoy both the stunning beauty of the Sierra Espuñas and the comforts of a luxury villa.
The three bed villa stands in a large elevated plot, with views to the Espuñas and the lemon groves, and the town of Totana in the distance.
Internally, the house offers spacious and tasteful living areas, whilst the large garden also has a dining terrace, pergola, BBQ area and large swimming pool.
On the ground floor the accommodation comprises a double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with walk in shower. Upstairs there is a master suite comprising bedroom with superking sized bed, en-suite bathroom with freestanding feature bathtub, walk in shower and mirrored walk in wardrobes. There are high quality wooden floors throughout the master suite.
Just off the master bedroom is also a reading room / study.
The house also has a large upper sun solarium for private sunbathing with access by the master suite.
The living accommodation comprises an open plan lounge and dining area, furnished and decorated to a very high standard. The kitchen has also been completed to a very high specification, featuring large American style fridge freezer, separate wine chiller, integrated coffee machine, extractor hood with integrated DVD, marble breakfast bar and dishwasher. All the appliances are quality "Siemens" appliances.
Stairs from the kitchen lead to the fully converted underbuild, with laundry room. Here you will find the washer and dryer and ironing facilities. Just opposite the laundry room is a further TV or music room, with comfy sofas.
The house has both central heating and air conditioning, making it an ideal all year round holiday home. There are also fly screens on every window to keep the unwelcome visitors at bay!
Externally, there is ample outside dining space both under the shade of the vine covered pergola, or under the terrace. There is a stone BBQ at the side of the house, and the gardens have been landscaped to provide a colourful and peaceful setting for summer outside living. The large pool has an artificial grass surround, and there is space for sunbathing and simply lazing the days away.
The villa has off road parking and a secure alarm system.
Pets are not permitted at this house, smoking is not permitted inside, but you make smoke on the terraces.
