Description: This delightful villa is located on Saladillo Golf, part of the popular Camposol Urbanisation near to the town of Mazarrón.
The small group of 40 villas are set around a pretty communal pool and gardens, for the exclusive use of the residents. This villa enjoys great views over the pool from the upper solarium, and the back gate of the courtyard opens directly onto the gardens and pool area.
The kitchen has everything needed for a self catering holiday, and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, fridge freezer, toaster and many more gadgets for the cook! There is also a gas BBQ on the upper solarium so that you can enjoy a more casual approach to the evening meal!
There are 2 bedrooms, a master suite with double bed and en suite bathroom with bath and shower, plus a twin bedroom. There is also a further family shower room with toughened safety glass cubicle giving greater flexibility in the accommodation. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and there is ample storage space.
Externally the property has a garden laid to gravel with off road parking for one car to the front, and a patio complete with patio set and parasol. To the rear of the villa is a utility terrace with washing machine, and stairs lead to the upper solarium. Here there is a BBQ, storage and loungers if you´d like to soak up a little sun in privacy. The solarium has views over the pool.
The rear gate leads into the gardens, where there is a large and well maintained pool for the use of these villas only. The pool is surrounded by a grassy area and decorative planting, and there are showers and a childrens play area here too. The communal pool is open for residents use between the hours of 10am and 10pm daily.
This stylish villa offers great accommodation for a family holiday, or even a longer stay to explore the area and perhaps do a little house hunting in the sun.
Urbanisation Camposol boasts restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops and the villa is only a few minutes drive from the 18 hole golf course and luxury club house with its own restaurant, bar facilities and driving range, as well as the new Luxury hotel and Spa.
The beautiful beaches of Puerto Mazarrón are around 20 minutes away, and the Sierra Espuña national park is just a short drive. The property makes an ideal base to explore the province of Murcia, with the shops of both Murcia and Cartagena around 35 minutes away.
The property is available for both short and mid term lets.Smoking is permitted outside the villa only, and pets are permitted at this property by prior arrangement and with the owner´s permission only. There is an additional cleaning charge payable for Fido!
