Description: This lovely 2 bed spacious apartment is centrally located in Puerto de Mazarrón , just minutes away from all amenities.
The location is just a few minutes walk from the beach and the new marina, making the apartment the ideal base for both a holiday rental or a longer term stay in the area.
The apartment has a spacious open plan living and dining area, with French windows opening onto a small balcony overlooking the promenade. The windows are fitted with fly screens to keep out any unwelcome visitors!
The lounge has ample comfortable seating and TV with both UK and Spanish channels. There is also aircon in the living room for using in the hotter summer months.The air conditioning runs off a meter system, and each booking receives free credit for normal usage per week. You may top up by buying additional cards from us on arrival, and any unused cards will be credited back to you with the return of your security bond.
The master bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom with bath and shower. The second bedroom has twin beds, and there is also a sofa bed in the lounge, meaning that a party of 6 can be accommodated in comfort. An extra single child´s bed is also available on request.
There is also a second bathroom, once again equipped with bath and shower.
The galley style kitchen is deceptively spacious, and has all white goods and small appliances. It leads out onto a utility area, with washing machine and drying area.
What makes this apartment really unique is the private courtyard at the rear of the building. Access is by a locked door, but the spacious courtyard has ample room for patio furniture, a BBQ and sun loungers, and provides a safe and secure place for children to play.
The apartment is opposite a row of bars and restaurants, with Chinese food, pizzas and traditional Spanish cuisine all within easy reach if self catering is not on the menu! The beach is adjacent to the apartment building, and a short walk takes you into the centre of Puerto de Mazarrón with supermarkets, bars, cafés and the promenade to enjoy.
Longer term rental inquiries are welcome, and pets are allowed only by prior arrangement. Smoking is permitted on terraces only, not within the apartment.
