Description: This 3 bedroom apartment has stunning views over the promenade in the popular seaside town of Puerto de Mazarrón.
The apartment block is situated right on the seafront, just across the road from the beach. There is off road parking in the garage for extra security. This apartment is located on the 5th floor of the building, which has a small lift.
The apartment has a living / dining area which also has French windows opening out to the balcony, with views of the beach and the palm-lined promenade.
The rest of the accommodation comprises the kitchen, two twin bedrooms ( one with ceiling fan) and 2 bathrooms. There is also a master bedroom with airconditioning for the warmer months, should the sea breeze not prove sufficient!All bedroom have fitted wardrobes.
The kitchen has an oven, microwave and small appliances, and there is a washing machine in one of the bathrooms, plus a drying line for laundry.
The lounge area also has airconditioning, and there is SAT TV with all the usual free to air stations.
The apartment is ideally placed to enjoy the stunning marina, with plenty of cafés, bars and restaurants and is within walking distance of all amenities, such as the local shops and supermarkets.
Smoking is permitted in the apartment, but not in the bedrooms, and pets may be allowed by prior arrangement with the owner.
The apartment makes a great base to explore the town, without the need for car hire, and would be ideal for families with smaller children, who can while away the hours on the safe and sandy beach.
The apartment is available for both short term and longer term lets, with long term rates set at 450 euros per month(low season), 595 euros mid season and 695 euros per month in high season. Long term stays are a minimum 2 months duration.
