Description: A new, modern villa located on the Monsora Golf Development on Camposol Sector C. This villa makes an ideal rental for either summer sun holidays or winter golf breaks.
The 2 bedroom villa has been comfortably furnished, and offers all the comforts of home in a peaceful setting.
The villa has an open plan living/dining/ kitchen area and is tastefully furnished. The living area has sofa and armchair, SAT TV and aircon, whilst the dining area seats four.
The galley kitchen is fitted with all white goods, including a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, kettle and toaster. Just off the kitchen is a small utility area to the outside of the property, ideal for storage or laundry.
The main bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobe, whilst the second twin bedroom offers flexibility in sleeping arrangements. There sofa in the living area can also be transformed into a sofa bed, meaning that the villa can accommodate 6 people.
There is aircon in the bedrooms as well, and the aircon controls need to be booked and paid for separately at the time of booking the villa.
The garden is laid to gravel, and there is a patio with seating and ample space on the upper terrace for sunbathing in privacy. There is off road parking at the property.
A short walk away is the communal pool, set within gardens and securely fenced, whilst the Golf Course and Sensol spa are a few hundred yards from the property.
The nearby Polaris World resort also offers golfers a challenging Jack Nicklaus designed course, all within a 10 minute drive.
For the non Golfers, the Hotel and Spa Sensol has a spa, cafe and restaurant. The commercial centre on Sector B is a 5 minute drive, and there is a wider choice of bars and restaurants here, along with a large supermarket and other shops.
The villa is ideal as a base for a golfing holiday, or simply to explore the area. The cities of Murcia and Cartagena are both within 45 minutes drive, offering museums, cathedrals, castles and more. The shopping centres of Nueva Condomina and Espacio Mediterraneo are also within easy reach for a little retail therapy.
This is a non smoking villa, although guests are welcome to smoke outside on the terraces. Pets allowed at the owners discretion only and with prior agreement.
