Description: This 2 bedroomed semi-detached villa is ideally located on the Camposol urbanisation, within walking distance of the golf course.
The property has 2 twin bedrooms, one with fitted wardrobes, and a bright modern bathroom with bath and shower. The bedrooms have fitted heater/aircon units.
The open plan living and dining space is beautifully furnished, and there is UK TV to help you pass the hours that aren't spent on the golf course!
The compact kitchen has all fitted white goods, and includes a washing machine and microwave, plus all the utensils needed for a self catering holiday.
There is also a small utility terrace at the rear of the villa.
Externally, the gardens and laid to gravel for easy maintenance, and there is a small pergola on the front of the property. The upper solarium is accessed via stairs, and provides the ideal place for a spot of sunbathing in private, or even a BBQ!
A short walk away is the communal pool, set within gardens and securely fenced.
The nearby Polaris World resort also offers golfers a challenging Jack Nicklaus designed course, all within a 10 minute drive.
For the non Golfers, the Hotel and Spa Sensol is located just a short walk from the villa, with spa, cafe and restaurant. The commercial centre on Sector B is a 5 minute drive, and there is a wider choice of bars and restaurants here, along with a large supermarket and other shops.
The villa is ideal as a base for a golfing holiday, or simply to explore the area. The cities of Murcia and Cartagena are both within 45 minutes drive, offering museums, cathedrals, castles and more. The shopping centres of Nueva Condomina and Espacio Mediterraneo are also within easy reach for a little retail therapy.
The adjoining villa can also be rented to accomodate larger parties of up to 8 ppl, and a discount is given if both villas are booked together. Please ask for rates.
This lovely villa is available for both short and mid term rentals. Longer lets are also available. Smoking is permitted outside of the villa only, and pets are allowed at the owner's discretion by prior arrangement only.
