Description: This new 2 bed 2 bath villa is located on the pretty resort of Mojon Hills, Isla Plana, just a few minutes walk from the lovely beaches of the Mazarrón coastline. The property offers an ideal base for either vacations or longer stays here on the Costa Cálida.
The accommodation comprises an open plan living and dining area, with comfortable sofa, large 32" TV and fully fitted kitchen. There is a microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and the villa comes equipped with all you need for a relaxing self catering break in the sun.
There are 2 tastefully decorated bedrooms and the master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom whilst the smaller bedroom has twin beds, making the villa ideal for families. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes The comfortable sofa in the lounge also extends into a double sofa bed, meaning that the villa can accommodate six people in total.
Externally the villa has a small garden around the property, with sun terrace at the rear. The terrace has a further dining set to allow guests to eat outside in the warmer weather. There is also a driveway for off road parking. Stairs lead to the upper sun terrace, with stunning views of the coast and the Mazarróñ bay beaches.
Guests have use of the large communal pool and garden, which is for residents only and accessed with a key, but if you prefer to swim in the sea, then just a 5 minute gentle walk brings you to the nearest beach . The main beach in Isla Plana is a 15 minutes away. The village of Isla Plana is a short walk, and here there is a bakers, butchers, fish shop, chemists, bank and a selection of bars and restaurants.The beaches of Puerto de Mazarron and the new marina are just a short drive away, and here you will also find a larger selection of shops, supermarkets,bars and restaurants. Whilst a car is not essential, we recommend car hire to fully enjoy the area.
The villa is ideally placed to visit Cartagena, Mazarrón, Camposol and the Sierra Espuñas inland. Whatever the season, there is something close by to enjoy!
