Description: This stunning new apartment has been carefully fitted out by the owners to provide everything you need for a relaxing self-catering break in the sun.
Set in the new resort of Mojon Hills, near the traditional Spanish village of Isla Plana, the apartment has large terraces and stunning views over the Mazarrón coastline. The accommodation comprises and open plan living and dining area, with compact galley kitchen. The living area has a large TV, comfortable sofa bed and dining set for 4 people. An outdoor dining set seating 6 is also available on the terrace, meaning that larger parties and families can eat out under the shade of the parasol!
The kitchen has everything you need for cooking with ease - oven and hob, microwave combi oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster, electric juicer, coffee machine and sandwich maker. But if cooking in is not to your taste, then the bars and restaurants in nearby Isla Plana offer a range of meals from simple tapas to a full 4 course meal.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with twin beds for flexibility in sleeping arrangements. The main bedroom has French windows onto the terrace and has been decorated with traditional Spanish metalwork in tranquil shades of teal and cream.
The resort has a lovely large communal pool for each block of apartments, with a grassy area surrounding it. The beaches of Isla Plana are a 10 minute walk away, and a larger selection of beaches is in Puerto de Mazarrón, Bahia and Bolnuevo. Many are blue flag beaches meeting European quality standards.
The beaches of Puerto de Mazarron and the new marina are just a short drive away, and here you will also find a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Whilst a car is not essential, we recommend car hire to fully enjoy the area. The complex has off road underground parking accessed by a special key.
The apartment is ideally placed to visit Cartagena, Mazarrón and the Sierra Espuñas inland. Whatever the season, there is something close by to enjoy!
Longer term stays possible, please ask for prices. Pets allowed at owner´s discretion and smoking allowed on terrace only. The apartment has air conditioning which operates on a meter system. Guests are given 10€ credit and may buy more cards on arrival if required.
