Description: This new 2 bed 2 bath villa offers bright and comfortable living accommodation on the pretty resort of Mojon Hills, Isla Plana. The villa has been newly fitted out and is fully equipped for the ideal self catering break in the sun.
The accommodation comprises an open plan living area with sofa bed and TV, and French windows onto the paved terrace. Here there is a small patio set to provide additional seating and offers a chance to eat outdoors and enjoy the stunning views.
The dining area in the villa has seating for 4 and is next to the kitchen. The compact kitchen has fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, kettle and has all you need to cater for simple meals. There is even a dishwasher to reduce the chores so you can put your feet up and relax ! And if cooking is not to your liking, then the bars and restaurants of Isla Plana are just a short stroll away.
The villa sleeps 6 in total, with a sofa bed in the lounge. There is a master bedroom with en suite shower room and a second twin bedroom, ideal for children. In addition a second shower room offers more flexibility for guests. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
Externally the garden is laid to gravel for easy maintenance, and there is off road parking for one vehicle. At the rear of the villa stairs lead up to the private sun terrace, with space for lounging in the sun and lazing away the days.
The villa is almost opposite the communal pool, which has a shallow kids area and a spa pool. The pool is surrounded by a grassy area and is for the use of the resort residents only.
Mojon Hills is a new resort close to the beaches of Isla Plana. The village itself has a bakery, fishmongers and general store, plus several bars and restaurants. In high season a beach bar operates at Playa La Isla. The bars and restaurants are in easy walking distance.
Just 5 minutes drive away is the resort of Puerto de Mazarrón, with a larger selection or bars and entertainment, scuba diving,sailing and more. the lovely new marina here is well worth a visit.
The villa is ideally placed to visit Cartagena, Murcia, Mazarrón and the Sierra Espuñas inland. Whatever the season, there is something close by to enjoy! Pets allowed at owner´s discretion and smoking allowed on terrace only. The aircon in this villa runs by meter, and 10€ per week is included free of charge. Clients may buy more cards on arrival if required.
