Description: This stylish apartment is brand new and has been recently fitted out to a high standard ready for it´s first rental season.
The apartment is located in the new Mojon Hills resort, a few minutes walk from the village of Isla Plana, with it´s bars, stores and restaurants. The larger town of Puerto de Mazarrón is just a 5 minute drive away.
The apartment is set in an elevated position in the complex, with stunning views over Isla Plana to the sea. The living room has comfortable seating, a sofa bed, open plan dining area and a galley kitchen. The French windows lead out onto a spacious terrace, equipped with patio furniture and loungers.
The galley kitchen has a hob and oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and electric juicer.. everything you need in fact for a comfortable self catering break.
There is a bathroom with shower off the hall, and two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and the smaller bedroom has twin beds. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes.
The apartment has air conditioning, and there is a meter system for payment of aircon only. Each booking receives free credit for normal usage per week. You may top up by buying additional cards from us on arrival, and any unused cards will be credited back to you with the return of your security bond.
The resort has a lovely large communal pool for each block of apartments, with a grassy area surrounding it. The beaches of Isla Plana are a 10 minute walk away, and a larger selection of beaches is in Puerto de Mazarrón, Bahia and Bolnuevo. Many are blue flag beaches meeting European quality standards.
The beaches of Puerto de Mazarron and the new marina are just a short drive away, and here you will also find a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Whilst a car is not essential, we recommend car hire to fully enjoy the area. The complex has off road underground parking accessed by a special key.
The apartment is ideally placed to visit Cartagena, Mazarrón and the Sierra Espuñas inland. Whatever the season, there is something close by to enjoy!
