Description: This delightful 2 bed villa is located in a quiet area of the popular Mazarrón Country Club urbanisation. The villa has pretty mature gardens and a conservatory, making it an ideal year round rental property.
The property has an open plan living area with a comfortable sofa and chaise, TV, DVD and ceiling fan. This opens on to the dining conservatory at the front of the house, which provides a lovely setting for eating out, offering shade in the summer and protection from the elements in the winter months!
The villa has a compact but fully equipped kitchen, with fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave and all small appliances. There is a useful store room and utility area to the rear of the property, with washing machine, sink and ample space for a workshop or similar for longer term renters.
A door from the utility area leads on to the communal pathway and gardens at the rear of the villa, and there is also space to sit outside to the front of the villa.
There are 2 bedrooms, separated by the shower room. The larger room has a double bed whilst the second bedroom has twin beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements.
There is a telephone line at the villa and internet is available subject to an extra charge. Smoking is permitted outside the villa only, and pets are allowed with the owner´s prior permission.
Country Club has a large communal pool area, and day passes are available to residents for a reasonable fee. There is also a café bar and tennis courts on site. the larger Camposol urbanisation, with a wide range of supermarkets, bars and restaurants is within a 10 minute drive, whilst the market town of Mazarrón is also just a short drive away.
The villa is available for short and longer term rentals, and is ideally placed for exploring the area, with the beaches of Bolnuevo around 15 minutes away. The larger cities of Murcia and Cartagena are both within a 45 minute drive. Keen golfers have the course on Camposol and the Jack Nicklaus designed Condado de Alhama course within a 15 minute drive.
This lovely villa is ideally placed for family holidays and for those looking for Winter sun within easy reach of beaches, golf and all amenities.
