The cottage has 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom can be changed to a twin room if preferred. There is a secure entrance courtyard, where pets can be safely left in the shade, with stairs leading up to a small but private sun terrace.
The accommodation comprises a lounge, with feature log burner and central heating , a well equipped kitchen with all white goods, 2 bedrooms which are both en-suite, one with a full bathroom and the other with a large bathroom with walk in shower.
There is SAT TV at the property, and it is set on a quiet country lane, with direct access to farm tracks , ideal for dog walking.
The cottage is part of a group of cottages, some maintained as holiday lets, and therefore renters can also benefit from the use of the shared, covered pool area and the bar in the main house. The owners have wifi internet, and it is likely that access can be gained in the pool area, or close to the main house.
Pets are allowed at the property, and smoking is permitted. The rent is 365 euros per calendar month, with utilities to be paid in addition as bills are presented to the tenant.
