Description: This beautifully finished apartment is located in the El Limonar area of Puerto de Mazarrón, near to the beaches and amenities of Isla Plana.
The 2 bedroomed apartment has been tastefully furnished by the owners, and is comfortable and welcoming. The apartment has an open plan living/dining area, galley kitchen, seperate utility and laundry room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The living room has TV, Video and a large selection of movies on offer. There is a terrace just off the living room, with patio set for dining outdoors, and the spectacular views of the sea, mountains and pool and gardens offer the ideal backdrop for your relaxing break.
The compact kitchen is well equipped and has all white goods and appliances needed to allow self catering in comfort. The extending dining table can seat four people comfortably. Off the kitchen the laundry room has a washing machine, cleaning items and space to dry clothes
There is one twin bedroom and one room with king sized bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. There is a bathroom with basin and shower.
Externally, the complex has lovely gardens laid to grass and shrubs, with a large communal pool. The pool has a kids area and a seperate jacuzzi spa, offering a lovely place to sit and enjoy the views of the surrounding countryside.
For the more energetic guest, there is also a tennis court within the complex, and tennis raquets in the apartment.
The beaches of Puerto de Mazarron and the new marina are just a short drive away, whilst the nearest beach is just a 5 minute walk. The bars, shops and restaurants of Isla Plana are a 15 minute walk, and whilst a car is not essential, we recommend car hire to fully enjoy the area. The secure, gated complex has off road parking and the apartment itself has security bars or "rejas" fitted at the windows.
The apartment is ideally placed to visit Cartagena, Mazarrón and the Sierra Espuñas inland. Whatever the season, there is something close by to enjoy! And as the apartment has both ceiling fans for hotter days and oil fired radiators for the cooler months, your stay will be enjoyable, whatever the season. El Limonar makes the perfect all year round holiday destination in this comfortable apartment!
