Description: Las Golondrinas, or "The Swallows" is a carefully restored traditional Spanish property, ideal for both holiday lets or longer term rentals. This property is registered with the Murcia Tourist board, and meets all of their requirements for health and safety and client comfort.
Part of a large finca made up of several properties, Las Golondrinas is located in between the villages of Las Palas and La Pinilla.
The accommodation comprises 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor, with wet room style en-suite showers suitable for wheelchair users, and a further twin bedroom, also with en-suite, on the first floor.
The living area has high beamed ceilings and many character features, with wooden French doors giving access to the pretty enclosed private terrace area.
The spacious accommodation also has a large dining room, with fully equipped kitchen just off the end.
All renters, whether for holidays or longer lets, have access to the covered pool and terraces at the main house, and a seperate gate gives private access.
There are no steps at all at the property , making it ideal for less mobile holidaymakers, and the swimming pool has a hoist for those who cannot manage the steps into the water.
The owners of Las Golondrinas live on the complex, and offer a B&B and Half board service if you do not feel like slaving over a hot stove in the heat of the Spanish summer! And cool drinks are available from the bar.
Set in peaceful countryside, Las Golondrinas makes an ideal location for holidaymakers, but the unique services and care offered by Pat and John mean that less able holidaymakers can enjoy a holiday in the Spanish sunshine with every help and comfort. The owners also have a large minibus with wheelchair access for the airport run, if required, which can be booked seperately.
