Casa de Piedra (The Stone House) is located in the countryside close to the pretty market town of Librilla, and just a few minutes drive from the E15 / A7 motorway. If you are looking for rural peace and tranquility, combined with accessibility to Murcia city and amenities, then this home offers the perfect location.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 double rooms and a twin room, ideal for children. There is a stunning luxury shower room, with large walk in shower cubicle and a second family bathroom with both bath and shower.
The living area is spacious, and there is ample seating in the lounge area. There is a traditional log burner for keeping the chill away in the winter months. The property has SAT TV, and there is a telephone line at the property, which could be reconnected by longer term renters. Internet would also be possible in this case.

The Sierra Espuñas are also within easy reach, with the pretty town of Alhama about 15 minutes away. The nature reserves and activity centres of the Sierras lie just beyond Alhama de Murcia, with mountain biking, quad biking and kayaking available.
For beach lovers, the nearest beaches will be either Cartagena or Bolnuevo, around 30 minutes drive from the villa straight down the motorway. Casa de Piedra offers the ideal location for a relaxing break, and is ideally placed for you to explore all that the Region of Murcia has to offer.
