Description: This apartment is a beautifully presented apartment in the resort of Rosa de Los Vientos, a frontline beach resort near to the pretty village of Isla Plana.
The apartment is spacious and decorated and equipped to a very high standard, and the accommodation comprises: entrance hall, fitted kitchen with all white goods inc fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. The hall leads to the lounge and dining area, with dining table and access to the terrace. The lounge has comfortable seating and Sat TV with UK channels. For longer term rentals it is possible to re-instate the phone line and internet access is therefore possible.Air-conditioning / heating is also installed, making the apartment suitable as a long term comfortable home.
The apartment sleeps 4 people, and there are 2 bedrooms, both with double beds. The main bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom, whilst a further shower room is available. The apartment is laid out so that the living area and both bedrooms have access to the large terrace, with stunning views over the pool area to the beach and the sea beyond.
This lovely apartment is part of a complex of 5 blocks, and there are 3 pool areas, including a childrens pool, plus a play area, tennis courts and access to the beaches. The resort has a security guard in high season to ensure that the pools are for the exclusive use of the residents. There is also secure underground parking with an allocated parking space. Each apartment also has a storage room for use by longer term rental clients.
Rosa de Los Vientos is set right on the beach at El Mojon, Isla Plana and you can walk through the grounds of the complex directly on to the beach. The village of Isla Plana, with cafés, bars, shops and restaurants is just a 10 minute walk away, and here you will find amenities for everyday living. The larger resort of Puerto de Mazarrón is a 5 minute drive from the complex, with a wider range of supermarkets, bars, museums and entertainment. The apartment is ideally placed to visit Cartagena, Mazarrón, Camposol and the Sierra Espuñas inland. Whatever the season, there is something close by to enjoy!
