Description: This delightful apartment is located in the small fishing village of Isla Plana, just outside of Puerto de Mazarrón. The well furnished and attractive flat is part of a small complex just 2 minutes away from the stunning beach at La Isla.
The flat is available from May until end September and longer lets are preferred, but the property is also available for holiday lets.
The apartment is on the first floor and is accessed by stairs. There is a large ground level rear garden with space for off road parking, and the flat is very secure, having iron "rejas" over the entrance door for security.
The spacious accommodation comprises a double room with fitted wardrobes, entrance hall with kitchen and living / dining room with feature archway. There is a separate utility terrace with washing machine at the front of the apartment , and a dining terrace with a wooden table to seat four with stunning views at the rear of the flat.
A staircase gives access to the rooftop solarium, with views over the sea and the mountains, and there is a BBQ, dining set and sun loungers on the solarium.
The apartment is very well equipped, with heaters, fans, SAT TV, DVD and all the items needed for a comfortable holiday let. Isla Plana village has a bakery, fishmongers and general store, plus several bars and restaurants. In high season a beach bar operates at Playa La Isla. The bars and restaurants are in easy walking distance.
Just 5 minutes drive away is the resort of Puerto de Mazarrón, with a larger selection or bars and entertainment, scuba diving,sailing and more. The lovely new marina here is well worth a visit.
The apartment is ideally placed to visit Cartagena, Murcia, Mazarrón and the Sierra Espuñas inland. Whatever the season, there is something close by to enjoy!
