This lovely 3 bed finca is very spacious, and would make a perfect family home for long term rental. The large open plan living area has a high beamed ceiling and comfortable sofas, ideal for watching the TV. There is a satellite dish and box at the property allowing UK TV.
The living area leads on to a further sitting area, with an office currently in the alcove, ideal if you work from home. There has been a phone line at the property which can be reconnected.
The finca has 3 bedrooms, one double room and a twin room downstairs and a further double room upstairs. The upstairs bedroom also has a large dressing room with wardrobes on the landing. The main bathroom is just across the landing, with a bath and shower. Downstairs is a further large shower room with double width walk in shower cubicle.
The finca boasts an enormous kitchen, with all white goods and appliances set beneath the long worktop counters. If you are a keen cook, then this kitchen is definitely the one for you! The finca is in a peaceful location in a small village, where there is a bar, general store, medical centre and school. The larger town of Fuente Alamo is just a few minutes drive away, with a wider range of supermarkets, market, bars, cafés and amenities. There is also a secondary school here.
The surrounding countryside is ideal for walking and cycling, and the golf resort of Hacienda del Alamo is a 5 minute drive down the lane.
