Description: This modern 2 bed 1 bath apartment is located in the Aguamarine complex in El Limonar, just a short drive from the Spanish village of Isla Plana and the town of Puerto de Mazarrón.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the complex, and there is a lift allowing access directly from the private car park.
The accommodation comprises an open plan living and dining area, with a large dining table, comfortable seating and compact galley kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all white goods and provides all you need for a self catering break.
The living room has TV and DVD, and French windows lead onto the delightful terrace, with views over the swimming pool and gardens to the sea. A patio set is provided for guests to dine on the terrace
There are 2 bedrooms, a double room and a twin room, offering flexible accommodation for families. The bedrooms are separated by the shower room.
The Aguamarine apartments have mature and pretty gardens and a large communal pool. There are also tennis courts for guests to use, and each apartment has off road parking in the secure gated complex. The nearest beach is a short walk away, making it an ideal resort for families.The bars, shops and restaurants of Isla Plana are a 15 minute walk, and whilst a car is not essential, we recommend car hire to fully enjoy the area.
The apartment is ideally placed to visit Cartagena, Mazarrón and the Sierra Espuñas inland. Whatever the season, there is something close by to enjoy! El Limonar makes the perfect all year round holiday destination in this comfortable apartment!
