Description: This large Neptuno model villa is very conveniently located on Sector B of the popular Camposol resort. The villa is ideal for mid and long term rental, perhaps whilst house hunting in the area.
The villa sits in large gardens laid to gravel for easy maintenance.
The villa has an open plan living and dining area, leading to a spacious kitchen. The kitchen has all white goods fitted, including fridge freezer, oven and hob.
The open plan living area has ample seating and an open fireplace with feature chimney. There are also ceiling fans for use in the warmer weather.
The villa sleeps 6, with 2 bedrooms in the lower part of the house, and bedroom 3 accessed via stairs to the outside of the property.
The main bedroom in the lower part has an en-suite bathroom and there is a further shower room downstairs. The upper bedroom also has a large en-suite, making it ideal as a teen suite or guest accommodation.
The upper terrace has views up to the commercial centre, and the handy location means that shops and bars are a short stroll away.
The villa is available for mid to long term stays, and the monthly rental is around 400 euros per calendar month, plus utilities.
Urbanisation Camposol boasts restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops and the villa is a five minute walk from the Sector B commercial centre. It is only a few minutes drive from the 18 hole golf course and luxury club house with its own restaurant, bar facilities and driving range, as well as the new Luxury hotel and Spa.
The beautiful beaches of Puerto Mazarrón are around 20 minutes away, and the Sierra Espuña national park is just a short drive.
The villa makes an ideal base from which to explore the area and get a feel for the real Region of Murcia.
