The villa is in a quiet residential area of the resort, and has lovely views over the nearby mountains. There is off road parking, and the drive is laid with gravel. There is a small upper solarium for sunbathing and side garden.
The property is fully furnished and equipped with washing machine and all white goods, and pets are allowed at the owners discretion. This is a non smoking villa.
Long term rental rate is 300 euros per month, plus utilities. Shorter term lets also available.
