Description: This 2 bed villa is located on Sector D of the popular Camposol resort. The villa is in a quiet residential street, with a larger than average plot and lovely pool.
The villa has mature gardens with several sitting areas and plenty of space for dining outside. The villa is set sideways to the road, and the large terrace has a patio set and plenty of room to sunbathe.
Inside the accommodation comprises an open plan living and dining area, with ample seating and UK Freeview television, and a galley style kitchen. The living area has ceiling fans to help cool guests in the Spanish sunshine. The hallway leads on to a shower room and 2 bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans, as well as aircon for the hotter months. The larger room has a double bed, whilst the smaller has twin beds for more flexible sleeping arrangements.
The terrace looks down over the pretty garden, and steps lead to a BBQ area and down to the large swimming pool . The tiled pool area offers space for soaking up the sun, whilst a walk around the villa reveals a small terrace with patio set tucked away behind the villa, perfect for relaxing and hiding away! A decorative metal staircase leads to the upper solarium, where you can also soak up the sun in perfect privacy.
Camposol Resort has the Sensol Golf course with driving range, golf course and clubhouse. The course is a little over 6300 yards long and a par 72. Fees start at 40 euros for 18 holes, club and buggy hire available. Green fee packages and annual membership available.
The nearby Polaris World resort also offers golfers a challenging Jack Nicklaus designed course, all within a 10 minute drive.
For the non Golfers, the Hotel and Spa Sensol is located just a short drive from the villa, with spa, cafe and restaurant. The commercial centre on Sector B is a 5 minute drive, and there is a wider choice of bars and restaurants here, along with a large supermarket and other shops. There is a tourist train service in summer season every hour if you wish to have a drink.
The villa is ideal as a base for a golfing holiday, or simply to explore the area.
The cities of Murcia and Cartagena are both within 45 minutes drive, offering
museums, cathedrals, castles and more.
The shopping centres of Nueva Condomina and Espacio Mediterraneo are also
within easy reach for a little retail therapy.
The beautiful beaches of Puerto Mazarrón are around 20 minutes away,
and the Sierra Espuña national park is around half an hour by car.
No pets allowed and guests are kindly asked to smoke outside on the terraces only.
