Description: This Neptuno style villa is located on Sector D of the popular Camposol resort near Mazarrón. The property has been tastefully decorated, and the accommodation is laid out as follows:
front door from terrace opens onto the lounge are, with log burner for heating and comfortable seating. There is TV in English via Freeview system. The spacious lounge leads on to the open plan kitchen / dining area. There is seating here for 4 people, however the villa has several outdoor eating areas, meaning that more guests can be accommodated easily.
The modern kitchen has all the appliances needed for a self catering break, including halogen hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and small appliances. Stairs from the kitchen lead down to the pool pump house and the outdoor area.
This level of the villa has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one twin room. There is an en-suite bathroom to the main double bedroom and a separate shower room with WC. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, and there are free standing radiators if required for cooler weather. Each room has a ceiling fan for the hotter summer months.
External stairs lead up to the 3rd bedroom, which is totally private and has it´s own bathroom. This room has twin beds and a full en-suite. French windows lead from this room to the upper solarium, ideal for sunbathing in private and with views over the resort and to the countryside beyond.
Externally the villa has mature and pretty gardens, BBQ area and plenty of terrace and outdoor seating. There is a private pool, approx 5m by 3m and this has swim jets to keep the stronger swimmers fit ( swim against the current). The pool also has a spa lounger for the less energetic in the group!
This villa will be available from April 2012, and there is a large driveway with off road parking for smaller vehicles only ( narrow gate). There is plenty of parking on the wide streets in front and to the side of the property.
Urbanisation Camposol boasts restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops and the villa is only a few minutes drive from the 18 hole golf course and luxury club house with its own restaurant, bar facilities and driving range, as well as the new Luxury hotel and Spa.
The beautiful beaches of Puerto Mazarrón are around 15 minutes away, and the Sierra Espuña national park is just a short drive. The property makes an ideal base to explore the province of Murcia, with the shops of both Murcia and Cartagena around 35 minutes away.
Pets may be permitted at the villa with the owners prior agreement and subject to an extra cleaning charge. smoking is permitted on the terraces only.
