Description: This villa is located on Sector C of the popular Camposol Urbanisation, close to the golf course and the Hotel Sensol Spa. The 3 bed property has a large pool and mature gardens, making it the ideal place for a family holiday.

Urbanisation Camposol boasts restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops and the villa is only a few minutes walk from the 18 hole golf course and luxury club house with its own restaurant, bar facilities and driving range, as well as the new Luxury hotel and Spa.
The beautiful beaches of Puerto Mazarrón are around 20 minutes away, and the Sierra Espuña national park is just a short drive. The property makes an ideal base to explore the province of Murcia, with the shops of both Murcia and Cartagena around 35 minutes away.
