Description: This pretty villa is located within walking distance of the Sector A commercial centre and is at the entrance to Sector A on the popular Camposol resort.
The villa has large private garden, and a conservatory with views across to Sector B. The accommodation comprises galley kitchen with all white goods and a breakfast bar leading on to open plan dining area with ceiling fan and pine table. The living area has comfortable sofas and SAT TV, with built in bookshelves. There is also a wood burning stove for cooler nights. It is also within walking distance of the new medical centre. The amenities of Sector B , with more bars, restaurants, post office and banks are just a short walk away over the pedestrian footbridge.
The villa is for long term rental only and the price is 395 euros a month, plus bills. Pets allowed with the owner´s prior permission and smoking outside the villa only.
