Description: This large and immaculate Neptuno style villa is located on Sector B of the popular Camposol resort, within walking distance of the commercial centre, bars and restaurants. The villa is set on a large and private plot, with mature gardens and a large pool.
Due to the size and layout of the property, it is possible to rent the villa as either a 2,3 or 4 bed holiday home. The 4 bed option offers ideal accommodation for 2 families or larger parties to share.
The lower house has 2 bedrooms, an open plan kitchen and living area and 2 bathrooms. The spacious living area has a leather suite and comfortable seating, set around the TV and DVD and the log burner, making the villa ideal for a winter sun break as well as summer sun.
The living area leads on to the modern dining area, and the kitchen is accessed via an archway. The kitchen is fully equipped for a self catering break, with oven , hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge freezer.
The villa is decorated to an extremely high standard, and has ceiling fans throughout and aircon in every room. The lower house has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, plus a further twin room also with an en suite shower room.
The upper part of the house is accessed externally via a staircase, and here the flexible accommodation means that a second family or large party can share the villa. The upper suite has a double and a twin bedroom, both with access onto the upper solarium for private sunbathing. There is also a large bathroom, and a small dinette with a microwave , kettle, toaster and iron and ironing board.
The villa has a large and private plot with two separate driveways, and ample parking off road for 2 or 3 cars. The mature and pretty gardens are laid to gravel, and there are terraces at the front and side of the property. The raised terrace overlooks the garden and pool area, and has a complete patio set, ideal if you use the BBQ and want to dine in the shade. The pool area has several loungers, and the large pool looks very inviting in the heat of the Spanish sun!
Urbanisation Camposol boasts restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops and the villa is only a few minutes drive from the 18 hole golf course and luxury club house with its own restaurant, bar facilities and driving range, as well as the new Luxury hotel and Spa.
The beautiful beaches of Puerto Mazarrón are around 15 minutes away, and the Sierra Espuña national park is just a short drive. The property makes an ideal base to explore the province of Murcia, with the shops of both Murcia and Cartagena around 35 minutes away.
