Externally, stairs lead to an upper solarium for private sunbathing. The villa has a large pool, surrounded by tiled terraces, and there is plenty of space to sit and relax in the sun. There is a patio set and sun loungers are provided and a BBQ is available for those who fancy cooking by the pool
The villa has off road parking in the drive to the left of the property. The good sized grounds are laid to easy maintenance gravel.
Urbanisation Camposol boasts restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops and the villa is only a few minutes drive from the 18 hole golf course and luxury club house with its own restaurant, bar facilities and driving range, as well as the new Luxury hotel and Spa.
The beautiful beaches of Puerto Mazarrón are around 20 minutes away, and the Sierra Espuña national park is just a short drive. The property makes an ideal base to explore the province of Murcia, with the shops of both Murcia and Cartagena around 35 minutes away.
The property is available for both short and mid term lets.Smoking is permitted outside the villa only, and pets are permitted at this property by prior arrangement and with the owner´s permission only. There is an additional cleaning charge payable for Fido!
