The villa has a fully enclosed plot, off road parking and a large terrace at the front of the property which provides shade from the heat of the sun. The pool is kidney shaped and approximately 4 m by 2,5 m in length, and offers the perfect solution to the hot and sticky summer days.
Pets permitted by prior arrangement only, smoking outside the villa only. This villa is available for long term rental only from April 2011, the rate is 450 euros per month excluding bills.
