Description: This large family villa has stunning views over the sea in the popular village of Bolnuevo. The villa is within walking distance of the beaches and amenities, and enjoys a secluded position with large private gardens and pool.
The villa is over 3 floors, with spacious and modern living accommodation and is large enough to accommodate more than one family sharing the property due to the size of the house.
The entrance is via stairs to the living room, a large open plan space with feature log burner and air conditioning. There is a terrace to the front of the lounge with views to the sea, and a large family dining table..
The remainder of the lower floor houses the modern kitchen, fitted with all white goods, and three of the bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, whilst the smaller rooms have twin beds or children´s beds. There is also a cot at the property.
The main bathroom has a large bathtub and stylish design.
Stairs lead up to the 4th bedroom, which currently has a sofa bed. There is a large terrace off this room with stunning views over the beaches and the sea at Bolnuevo.
The lower floor has a large lounge with comfortable seating and could also be used as further sleeping space. This lounge has views to the pool and the second entrance gives access to the garage / underbuild. This has another shower and wet room, plus storage.
Externally the large gardens have a 10m by 4m pool, grounds laid to grass and plenty of outdoor seating for dining under the pretty pergola. the garden is easy maintenance and planted with a variety of shrubs and flowering bushes.
There is off road parking for 2 cars in the garage, whilst the drive can also accommodate more vehicles if needed.
The large corner plot is not overlooked and offers a degree of privacy. The villa is just 5 minutes walk from the café´s , hotels , bars and restaurants in Bolnuevo and also close to the camping site, where there is tennis and other amenities on offer. Bolnuevo has a small supermarket, bank, shops, bars and restaurants and whilst a car is not essential it is recommended to fully enjoy the area. Puerto de Mazarrón is a 10 minute drive along the coast, where the harbour and marina offer a wider choice of entertainment. Please note that this property does not have UK TV, but a digital Spanish TV which should allow programmes to be viewed in their original language. DVD available.
