Description: A pretty 3 bed duplex available to rent in a secure, gated community in Bolnuevo with communal pool and gardens. The property has been fully equipped to ensure a pleasant and relaxing holiday for all the family!
The house has 2 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom and sleeps 6 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all white goods, including dishwasher and washing machine. The open plan living and dining area is furnished and decorated to a high standard, and the property has SAT TV and a playstation, which will help to entertain the younger members of the party.
There is a bathroom with bath and shower upstairs, and a further small bathroom downstairs.
The property has terraces to the front and rear, offering wonderful views over the complex´s gardens and the pool. There is a terrace with BBQ and patio set at the rear of the property, a small terrace off the master bedroom and a further garden with stone patio set at the front of the house.
The complex has a large communal pool and separate childrens pool within the gated area, set in lovely mature gardens. The duplex is around 5 minutes walk from the nearest beach, and the marina and beaches of Puerto Mazarrón are just a short drive away. There are many bars, restaurants and supermarkets close at hand.
A good public transport system and the tourist train (summer months only) to Puerto Mazarrón mean that you do not need to hire a car in order to enjoy your stay here. However, for the more adventurous holidaymaker, the wonderful Sierra Espuñas and the cities of Murcia and Cartagena are within easy reach and the large Camposol urbanisation is around 15 minutes drive away.
The duplex is a real "home from home", with picnic sets, beach towels and even a hairdryer provided by the owner. So if you are looking for a base for a relaxing family holiday close to the beaches at Bolnuevo ,this duplex provides perfect accommodation..
Long term lets are also considered, from 600€ pcm including utilities. Pets allowed at the owners discretion. Smoking allowed outside the property only.
