Description: This 1 bed self contained apartment is in a quiet location in a cul de sac just a 2 minute walk from the beaches of the popular resort of Bolnuevo.
The apartment has been converted from the lower part of a large villa, and has been completed to a very high specification. The spacious accommodation has a large open plan living area with SAT TV, DVD, video recorder, hifi system and CD multichanger. There is also an internet connection available, but please try and leave the work at home! This part of the apartment also has air conditioning.
There is plenty of comfortable seating and the apartment has been decorated and furnished to the highest standards. The living area leads on to the dining area, with beautiful glass table and wrought iron chairs.
The American style kitchen has large worktops made of granite, and is fully equipped with hob, oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. For the keen cook, the apartment has everything needed for a self catering break, although if you prefer to dine out there is a good selection of bars and restaurants within walking distance of the flat.
The bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes although there is the option to change for twin beds if required. Opposite is a large bathroom with a luxury double width walk in shower cubicle. The apartment also has ceiling fans to keep you cool.
The apartment has it´s own access through the automatic gates and garage door and you can park in the garage and access via either French windows or the main door. Clients have sole use of the pool belonging to the main house, and the pool and terrace areas are spacious and private. There is a patio set and parasol for guests to use, and the terraces enjoy stunning views over the quiet development to the sea. The owner has provided everything needed for a relaxing holiday, from the pool toys to the electric BBQ grill. The apartment is fitted out to a very high standard and guests will be reassured that the owner, who lives in the main house, is on hand to answer any questions and deal promptly with any queries that they might have.
Bolnuevo is a very popular resort, and the beaches here range from sandy to pebbles to nudist for the brave! Nearby are several bars, cafés and restaurants and it is only a 10 minute drive to the larger town of Puerto de Mazarrón, where there is a lovely marina, more beaches and plenty of things to do! The apartment makes an ideal base to explore the area, and Cartagena and the historic city of Murcia are both within 45 mins drive.
Please note that pets are not permitted in the apartment and the rate for June and September is 425 euros per week.
