The nearest town is Fuente Alamo and the village of Lobosillo is just a 5 minute drive away for day to day amenities. The beaches of Puerto de Mazarrón can be reached in under half an hour, whilst the coastline at Cartagena is even closer.
The finca is an ideal long term rental family home, but is also available for mid and short term lets. Pets are allowed by prior agreement, and smoking is permitted outside the property only. The long term rental rate is 695 euros per month, plus utilities.
