Description: This modern 3 bedroomed duplex is located in the traditional Spanish agricultural village of El Pareton. Whilst not a tourist destination in itself, El Pareton is ideally placed between the Sierra Espuñas and the coast and therefore provides an ideal base for discovering the area.
This spacious semi-detached duplex is bright and modern, and decorated to a high standard. The property has 3 bedrooms, with 2 twin rooms on the ground floor, and a large master bedroom with double bed on the first floor, with it´s own sun terrace to the front of the house.
There are 2 bathrooms, a spacious full bathroom downstairs and a seperate shower room just next to the master suite.
The living accommodation is spacious and comfortable, with an open plan living / dining and kitchen area, which is fully equipped with white goods. The sitting room has TV and DVD, plus a music centre for relaxing after a hard day at the beach!
Externally, the property has secure fenced gardens laid to terraces, with space to sit out at both the front and rear of the house. There is a 4.5 m by 4.5 m corner pool, which is the perfect place to cool down after a spot of serious sun bathing! The gardens are screened for privacy.
There is also a large first floor sun terrace at the rear of the property, reached by the landing sitting area, ideal for sunbathing in privacy. Sun loungers and patio furniture are provided for guests to use. The garden is south facing, meaning that it is ideally positioned to catch the sun all day. However, there is also an awning to provide shade when required.
The property has fans for summer use, and heaters provided for the cooler months. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement at the owner´s discretion, and smoking is permitted outside the property only.
The house would make an ideal long term rental base if househunting in the Murcia or Mazarrón area. There are both primary and secondary schools very near to the property. The villa is about 20 minutes from the beaches of Bolnuevo. The Sierra Espuñas, a nature lover´s paradise, are around 15 mins drive away, and there is quad biking, walking, cycling and places of cultural interest within half an hour´s drive. The bright lights of Murcia and Cartagena are around 45 minutes away, and Camposol is a 10 minute drive. Ideal if friends and relatives already live in the area! The Murcia area is a golf lover´s paradise, and there are many golf courses within easy reach of the villa.
