Description: This new villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Isla Plana. Set in the heart of the Mojon Hills complex, with stunning views to the sea, the property has been furnished to a high standard for the first rental season in 2011.
The accommodation comprises an open plan living and dining area with large sofas, flat screen TV and French windows with views to the sea. The dining area has a sturdy wooden table set, whilst there is also the option to eat outdoors on the patio and enjoy the sun and scenery.
The compact modern kitchen has fitted white goods, including a dishwasher, and has everything needed for self catering breaks. However, the bars and restaurants of Isla Plana are just a short stroll away if cooking is not on the agenda!
There is a main double bedroom with en-suite shower room, fitted wardrobes and sea views, whilst the second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a view over the rear garden.
There is also a sofa bed in the lounge, meaning that the villa can sleep 6 people in total. There is a second WC and shower room in addition.
The villa has built in heating and aircon, meaning it is suitable as a year round rental, and mid to long term stays are also welcome. Please ask for a quote.
Externally, there is a patio and small garden at the front of the villa, with space for dining outside and sea views. The garden is laid to gravel and easy maintenance plants. Stairs lead to the upper solarium, where there is also space to sunbathe in privacy. There is also a drive offering off road parking for compact cars. The villa is located just opposite the communal pool, where residents of the complex can enjoy a cooling dip and escape from the heat. The upper solarium overlooks the pool area.
Mojon Hills is a new resort close to the beaches of Isla Plana. The village itself has a bakery, fishmongers and general store, plus several bars and restaurants. In high season a beach bar operates at Playa La Isla. The bars and restaurants are in easy walking distance.
Just 5 minutes drive away is the resort of Puerto de Mazarrón, with a larger selection or bars and entertainment, scuba diving,sailing and more. the lovely new marina here is well worth a visit.
The villa is ideally placed to visit Cartagena, Murcia, Mazarrón and the Sierra Espuñas inland. Whatever the season, there is something close by to enjoy! Pets allowed at owner´s discretion and smoking allowed on terrace only.
