How To Book

1) Once you have chosen the properties that interest you, please email an enquiry to our office, with details of the properties and dates that you require, and the number in the party.

2) We will then check with the property owners to make sure that the accommodation is available on the dates you would like. Once availability is confirmed and you have selected your accommodation, we will send you a booking contract.

3) Complete and return the contract to us, including all personal and contact details, plus details of your party´s members. You can send this back via mail, fax or email. Details are on the contract.

4) For departures within 6 weeks, payment is needed in full at the time of booking, including the 200 euro security bond.All extras must also be paid for at the time of booking, including Welcome Packs, Baby Equipment and  Toy Hire.

For departures more than 6 weeks away, a 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking. The balance is payable around 4 weeks prior to your arrival.You can send payment via Paypal ( sunject to an additional handling charge) or by bank transfer to the account details given on the contract. Please contact us if you are unsure what to do.

5) If you have paid for a meet and greet service, our representative will meet you at the property at the agreed time to hand over the keys and show you around the accommodation.

6) At the end of your stay, or shortly after, one of our staff will inspect the property to make sure that it is in a clean and tidy condition, with no damage. Once we have done this, your security deposit will be refunded. Please note, if additional cleaning is required, or we have to clean BBQ´s etc after your stay, extra charges will be incurred.
